Ember Moody was born in Bremerton, Washington to a military family and moved to Helena, Montana at a very young age. While she has always wanted to start a career in the legal field as a paralegal, she began her work as a Registered Behavior Technician, which primarily involved aiding individuals with disabilities in the development of functional life skills. While working, she took some social work classes at the Helena College. After a year and a half of attending classes Ember ultimately decided to take a semester off and pursue a career in the field of law as a legal assistant.
Ember will begin Paralegal classes at the online Colorado Mountain College campus in the Spring, therefore, finally following her dream of becoming a Paralegal. She has always wanted to pursue a paralegal degree because she has always had an interest in legal research and assisting lawyers and clients while maintaining a passionate and positive attitude. She believes her forthcoming paralegal degree while gaining experience as a legal assistant will help her in developing the skills necessary in helping clients with everyday tasks. She is excited to learn and find new ways to help her community by beginning her career as a legal assistant while attending college.
When Ember is not working she is spending time with family and friends. She enjoys golfing, traveling, and being outdoors.
